This thread involves troubleshooting methods for areas that are important to complete mint missions (social media accounts).

If you are having trouble completing missions for any mints or airdrops on Earn Alliance, please scroll through this article to find a troubleshooting method related to social media accounts. If your problem is not listed here, you can check out our other articles that may help.


Discord

If you are having trouble with Discord-related missions, please check the following:

  • Check that you have a Discord account linked to your Earn Alliance account.

  • Check that the same Discord account is in Earn Alliance's Discord server.

  • If you cannot join a game's Discord account, please check the Announcements channel in Earn Alliance's Discord first.

    • If there is no announcement regarding Discord errors, please contact the game's support as you may be blocked or banned in their Discord. As we have no direct relations to their Discord operations, Earn Alliance cannot help you with this any further.

  • If your Discord account has been compromised, disabled, or deleted, you can unlink this account in your Earn Alliance profile. In the web browser, hover over the social media account icon you want to remove and click on it (there will be a tiny 'x' that will appear). That will immediately unlink the social media account and you are now free to link another by clicking on the same icon.

  • If you have been banned from Earn Alliance's Discord server, please contact our Discord support team through another account. If you in good faith can attest that the account is no longer compromised, we will be able to lift the ban.

Twitter/X

If you are having trouble with Twitter-related missions, please check the following:

  • Check that you have a Twitter/X account linked to your Earn Alliance account.

  • Check that the same Twitter/X account is following Earn Alliance's Twitter.

  • Check that the same Twitter/X account is following the game's Twitter.

  • If your Twitter/X account has been compromised or suspended, you can unlink this account in your Earn Alliance profile. In the web browser, hover over the social media account icon you want to remove and click on it (there will be a tiny 'x' that will appear). That will immediately unlink the social media account and you are now free to link another by clicking on the same icon.

Email

If you are having trouble with Email-related missions, please check the following:

  • Check that you have an email address linked to your Earn Alliance account.

  • Check that you have received the verification email to this email address. Don't forget to check your spam folder!

    • If you are not receiving the verification email, please try again later. If it is still not working after some time, contact our support team.

  • Check that the same exact email address is used when you're completing a game's mission.
