After minting the NFT, you'll find it on Opensea under Hidden by clicking More.

Press More options on your NFT and click Unhide for it to appear in your wallet.

Note that Earn Alliance badges are minted on Polygon, while Free Mints and Airdrops will have different chains depending on the game they're from.
