Here are some of the possible reasons why you may be unable to mint:

The mint you're qualified for is not yet live. You can complete missions in advance so that you may reserve/mint immediately as soon as the mint is live. You can view the mint timeframe under the supply indicator.

You are not qualified for the mint for the following reasons:

1. You have not yet finished all the missions.
2. You are not on the whitelist for whitelisted mints.
3. You are not part of any other criteria for this particular mint (NEW USER mints only, etc).
    

You have reached your maximum mint quota.

You don’t have enough gas. To solve this, you need to add some crypto to your wallet to pay for the gas fees. 

1. Our badges are minted on Polygon and would need MATIC, but it's usually ~0.07 or less than 0.1 MATIC.
2. Free mints from games would need gas fees on their respective chains. You can see which chain is used by which by looking at the top right icon in the mint item.


The supply has been exhausted. Supply and demand will be different for each mint, and the only way to guarantee that you may get one is by minting as early as you can once the mint is live.

The NFT is an airdrop. This means that you can reserve the item but you do not need to mint it. This is indicated in the same icon that will tell you which chain it's from.

There are troubles in the blockchain you are minting on, such as high-traffic events or RPC errors. For this, we can only recommend solutions reactively as these errors are outside the scope of Earn Alliance.
