Steam-related missions may not reflect as completed if the Steam Profile and Game Details are set to "Private" or "Friends Only." These settings restrict the system from verifying the game ownership and progress, which is necessary to complete the mission.
Resolution:
Open Steam and log into account.
Click on profile picture in the top-right corner and select Profile.
On profile page, click Edit Profile.
Select Privacy Settings from the menu on the left panel.
Ensure the following settings are set to Public:

Game Details
