Many of of our mints require you to play games as a mission. We can only provide a general guide for troubleshooting as signing up for, downloading or playing games are done on a third-party site. But we can offer tips from experience:

As some browser-based web3 games are made in Unity, these games are most likely not going to run on a mobile phone. If the mission's game is browser-based, please try playing it on PC browsers.
Try changing or trying different browsers. The most popular browsers run on Chromium and may act similarly. In this case, please try other browsers like Firefox.
Close other tabs or applications if the game is running slow.
Clear browser cache.
Check your internet connection.
If the game is still not working, please check with the game's support team for problems and required minimum system requirements.

Only download the game from the official link on the missions page.
Your antivirus may mistakenly detect and block the download. Please change your antivirus settings to bypass the file. Rest assured that the Earn Alliance team will only partner with reputable games and link to clean and correct game files.
Check if you have the right build/version downloaded.
Check if you have installed/unzipped the downloaded files correctly.
Check your internet connection.
